    The ideal candidate:

    • Knowledge of Spanish language at a medium - advanced level (B2-C1), writing and speaking
    • Knowledge of English language at a basic-medium level (B1), writing and speaking
    • PC and MS Office skills
    • Good communication and customer relations skills;
    • Problem-solving skills, eagerness and easiness to find solutions to customers’ problems;
    • Ability to quickly react to customer requests;
    • Good time-management skills;
    • Proactive
    • Manages the relationship with the client by monitoring the allocated communication channels
    • Willingness to search for required information from customer with a strong focus on solving client’s requests

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    • Promptly answers to customers’ requests regarding reported problems: phone, email and chat.
    • Assist consumers, partners, and professionals with pre-sales, order management, and technical issues through email, chat and phone support
    • Handles both simple and complex troubleshooting issues via the telephone and email, addressing both hardware and software related issues
    • Multitasking through multiple systems while troubleshooting with customers
    • Effectively communicates technical information with customers
    • Diagnoses and provides a path to resolving technical issues
    • Report and escalate new customer issues
    • Advise and provide proper solutions for all channels enquires
    • Use guidelines provided and own initiative to decide if a problem / query should be escalated.
    • Promote a positive image of the organization by all channels of communications.
    • Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
    • Asks the client for information (documents, print screens) for a better understanding of their problems;
    • Administrative activities in client management: input of cases into customer management platform, other administrative activities regarding case management and of documents received from customers;
    • Demonstrates the understanding of the clients' business needs and keeps clients' satisfaction degree high

    Benefits:
    - Schedule: 5 days shifts between Monday- Saturday, 10-19
    - 9h/ day with 1 h lunch break
    - Salary range competitive + 300lei work from home bonus if any
    - Working during legal holidays in Romania and in compensation having free days during legal holidays in Spanish(or compensation with 200% payment).
    - Overtime payed 175% (not required until now)
    - 15% bonus for having shifts in weekends (ex: working from Tuesday – Saturday).
