KeyPaas is an IoT Platform that enables fast and scalable connection of things to the Internet with multiple protocols, encryptions and payloads.

University degree in related field (Computer Science considered an advantage)
Understanding of antimalware and data loss prevention systems in an enterprise environment
Knowledge of IT Security threats, standards, and best practices
Ability to understand and develop scripting (PowerShell, batch)
IT & Telecommunication general knowledge
Team worker and proactive attitude
Problem-solving skills, capability to manage small projects
Can take ownership of the given tasks and pursue them to completion.
Good command in English

Qualifications

 Solid understanding of IT infrastructure principles
 Prior experience in a similar role

Provide second level support for incoming requests and incident reports
Install hardware and software according with the procedures
Maintains and updates existing systems
Assist in maintaining the computing equipment inventory
Maintains relationships with third parties
Follows up the service and support contracts, assuring continuity
Completes and follows up all the documentation involved in daily activities
