    Requirements

    Qualifications
    • At least two-to-three years of relevant work experience in financial services/ ESG research or project management role in which project management and data analysis skills were build.
    • Experience in coordinating medium projects including stakeholder management and communicating with other project teams;
    • Certifications from relevant trainings such as project management, quality management or business analysis are a plus;
    • A demonstrated ability to independently solve ambiguous problems;
    • Effective in partnering with leadership to promote a collaborative and high performing environment;
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows within a dynamic work environment;
    • Ability to clearly explain features or acceptance requirements during refinement/requirements gathering and to lead demo sessions to users and stakeholders;
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills;
    • Has advance skills/is eager to learn one or more of Excel and Power BI.

    Responsibilities

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery;
    • Plan and schedule project goals, milestones, and deliverables across internal stakeholders to ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule with high quality;
    • Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between various teams;
    • Identify project issues and address project blockers effectively. Lead efforts to manage and support conflict resolution across priorities and teams;
    • Identify process digitalization opportunities based on process understanding and available technologies/tools;
    • Recommend methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades;
    • Develop means and methods of capturing, processing, analyzing, and reporting on the current process performance;
    • Provide issue metrics and management reporting to Senior Leadership and other stakeholders;
    • Work to develop and support data quality reporting dashboards;
    • Develop and maintain processes guidance documents, process maps and workflow charts;
