We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist for our clients Enel Romania, part of a multinational energy company, one of the world’s leading integrated electricity and gas operators as well as one of the leading producers of green energy.
What we are searching for?
2-3 years’ experience in recruitment & employer branding (preferably in multinational companies);
Experience in working with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
Strong knowledge of HR Processes (recruitment & employer branding);
HR certifications are a plus;
English level - fluent (minimum B2 level).

What will be your responsibilities?

Implement an effective Recruitment Strategy and keep track of recruiting metrics;
Conduct research into the latest techniques, tools, partnerships and practices for recruitment, talent attraction, employer branding, candidate experience and present recommendations;
Participate in strategic projects/initiatives, adjust global recommendations to regional specifics, and represent local needs in global initiatives;
Provide analysis and reporting of key performance indicators to drive effectiveness and recommendations on actions going forward;
Implement strategy for Employer Branding.
