Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Define most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging
Use social media marketing tools
Attend educational conferences
Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all communication in all Social Media channels
Develop creative ideas for new content by audience and channel
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and other teams
Respond to customers on time
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Train members from other teams, including stores
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing Social Media Accounts with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
Proven track record managing Social Media Accounts
Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social media best practices
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
A passion for customer engagement and community management.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
Computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
