- Bachelor degree in accounting and finance or equivalent;
- Proven experience in controlling and financial reports;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of English, French is a plus;
- Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals;
- Proficiency in accounting software;
- Analytical skills.

- Draw-up monthly dashboards according to the Group's policies: P&L,Cash flow, Balance sheet, Sales on business divisions;
- Draw-up cost analysis, propose and follow up on corrective actions;
- Analyzing gaps;
- Inform the hierarchy of any deviation or risk of deviation and keep them informed of the work progress;
- Follow-up of costs and analyze profitability for projects, Business Unit and Company;
- Propose ways to improve profitability;
- Draw-up business analysis and ensure support for Commercial managers for commercial offers proposals;
- Checking that the general accounting/financial account is in line with the management account;
- Participate in drawing up budgets and re-estimates, and ensure their consistency;
- Checking actual performance against objectives and the previous year's results;
- Identify any risk or omission requiring the recognition of a provision or an accounting correction;
- Propose changes to management tools;
- Monitor the progress of invoicing against the budget and the invoicing schedule (control of invoicing, work-in-progress).
