    Critical skills required

    Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written);
    Experience with Big Data reporting
    Knowledge of performance evaluations and managing customer service metrics
    Computer skills, MS Office package required
    Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge required - macro, Java, PowerBI knowledge constitutes a plus
    Project Management or project participation experience
    Ability to lead complex and ambiguous projects
    Self-Motivated and directed
    Ability to organize and prioritize project activities
    Time driven approach with a sense of urgency
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Analytical and process analysis skills
    Teamwork focused
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    Experience in any of the following: supply chain, product manufacturing, software/hardware engineering, Reporting
    History of building strong partnerships with IT and other key stakeholders
    SME expertise in supported business area – MPS (Managed Print Services) knowledge is considered a plus



    Deliver critical business reporting, under the coordination of different Project teams
    Utilize different reporting platforms to create customize reports and ensure meeting the project requirements, as required by the project team
    Implement new reporting solution in alignment with business needs
    Deliver MPS KPI reports, according to the business needs
    Acquire and maintain appropriate certifications
    Track and communicate project results to all entire project community and stakeholders
    Support integration of process improvements with reporting and data analysis
    Provide and gain Subject Matter Expertise in the reporting field
    Demonstrate the value of central common processes by driving tool based disciplined walkthroughs. Sell the standardization.
    Monitoring key deliverables and provide visibility to clients and internal stakeholders via dashboards
    Taking ownership and ensure completion of milestones without any extension or time delay
    Preparing training material and reporting documentation for newly released solutions
    Maintaining complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs
    Updating oneself with changes in the process flow or in the company and/or floor policy on a regular basis
