    Requirements

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE



    Teamwork;
    Basic Microsoft Office experience;
    Customer service, Analytical, Interpersonal, Problem solving, communication skills
    Well organised with attention to details;
    Willingness to learn new processes and systems;
    Ability to work under pressure;
    Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals;
    English (reading, speaking and writing) fluent level
    BENEFICIAL

    SAP knowledge;
    Previous experience in finance/banking;
    Abroad experience (faculty or work);
    Finance/IT University Degree;
    Knowledge of any other language than English.

    Responsibilities

    Providing support to internal/external customers (via e-mail or Microsoft Teams) and building a strong relationship with them;
    Posting of payments and invoices in the system, based on information provided;
    Closely cooperating with other Teams in the department to deliver best possible results;
    Effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash processes according to the agreed deadlines and in line with audit recommendations;
    Ensure all controls are in place as per the agreed SLA’s and internal procedures and responding to EM queries in a timely and accurate way;
    Understands the organization’s key strengths and aligns personal goals with the organization’s objectives;
    Makes effort to acquire/ learn further skills / knowledge for personal development.
