    Requirements

    Qualifications and Skill Set:

    - Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent training/experience
    - At least 2 years’ experience within a Finance/Accounting department
    - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, strong Management Information System and Excel skills
    - Fluency in English
    - SAP FI/CO module would be an advantage.

    - Excellent communication (written and oral)
    - Analytical thinking

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    - Strengthen the Global Operations’ team in maintaining the day-to-day activities
    - Handle contractors’ business follow up, review, analysis and reporting
    - Projects & consultants’ cost analytics (partner cost, cost center rates, cost accruals, …)
    - Consultant’s Utilization analysis (flagging of projects’ activities)
    - Be the Global Operations point of contact for HR Related topics (AskMyHR request - internal ticketing system)
    - Non-Professional Service (internal department) related activities (time booking, internal projects, etc.)
    - Create and update process documentation
    - Assist in New Global Initiatives & Global Reporting
    - Participate in the monthly financial closures
    - Ad-hoc reports related to projects, vendors, customers, employees, etc.
    - Fulfill any task assigned by the direct supervisor in accordance with the professional experience and area of expertise
