    This role is in charge of the execution of the purchasing stewardship and governance solutions and process as a base and is chartered to drive optimization and digitization for automated governance, productivity and compliance. The role is part of the Global Purchases Stewardship & Governance organization and integrated into our risk-based stewardship strategy and masterplan. ,

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead and continuously optimize the governance compliance process of Purchases, review results ongoing, analyze root causes and trends to identify opportunities and create meaningful insights that can be turned into actionable guidance for Purchases leaders and their organization.
    • Lead controls digitization, analytics work, and process optimization – develop the next generation of automated governance.
    • Own the process for internal controls outages’ timely and quality remediation
    • Own and deploy process changes deployment and development/ update of the supporting training materials for the Global Purchases organization.
    • Develop expertise in the policies, processes and tools, supporting via training and education to the purchasing organization

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate
    • Very good English skills
    • MS Office proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership skills
    • Strong time management and collaboration skills with ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
    • Knowledge and use of Advanced Excel, Power BI or other data analysis, procurement tools and applications or prior governance experience will be an advantage
    • Experience with Purchases and or Source-Plan-Pay processes and organizations will be a plus
