    Qualifications

    • Experience and Knowledge: Technical Sales (application based) expertise and mindset; Product & market knowledge would be an advantage; MS Office package
    • Personality: Pro-active, entrepreneurial thinking, commercial understanding; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Can- do attitude, resilient; Team player
    • Languages: at least B2 in English (written and spoken)
    • Driving license B

    Job Description

    • Transfer and develop the Accessories product knowledge to the internal and external stakeholders
    • Actively seek to list Accessories in new dealers/ users and focus on entering new channels
    • Identify product requirements/ gaps for new vertical markets
    • Actively engage dealers, users and own sales force in new product launches in the defined area under responsibility
    • Promote and demonstrate Accessories to users for industry and construction
    • Develop a detailed market knowledge on competition, pricing, trends and user groups
    • Facilitate the transfer of market insights to the main stakeholders
