    Do you have a strong interest in owned channels, lead generation sources and Customer Journeys? We are looking for a highly motivated person with a customer centric approach who will be at the forefront of developing an omni-channel communication approach to join our team! 

    What do you need?
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Marketing positions and / or passionate about Customer Experience management;
    • Demonstrable expertise in Customer Experience Management, Customer Journeys and Lead & Care marketing, digital touchpoints optimization techniques, preferably at both strategic and operational level;
    • Proven experience of using and interpretation of data to drive your decision making, create plans and affect change;
    • A solid understanding of inbound & outbound marketing and CRM platforms, especially Salesforce;
    • Working with board level management;
    • Experience of successfully managing external agencies and suppliers;
    • Proven ability to drive a portfolio of priorities and programs with keen eye to prioritization and business impact;
    • Strong project management skills; record in developing international marketing strategies (across-markets) – best practices;
    • Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent (verbal and written) communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Strong interpersonal skills firmness and conviction, diplomacy and constructive attitude;
    • Demonstrated ability to work productively and maintain effective relationship in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams; Outcome-focused, and proactive about identifying new opportunities;
    • Experience to work with remote teams also;
    • Customer orientation - Self-motivated yet customer-focused;
    • Marketing Automation knowledge;
    • Competency in using Marketing Analytics Tools. University / Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Universities, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications or related areas;
    • English advanced;
    • B Category driving license;
