We are looking for our client in Manufacturing industry an experienced Process Engineer, based in Mures county.

Requirements:

• Industrial or civil engineer, mechanical, electromechanical or chemistry oriented;
• First 3 years of professional experience combining technical, analytical and fieldwork;
• Training or experience in improvement methodology (Lean, 6 sigma, WCM) is an asset.
• Language: Excellent command in French and English;
• Analytical, managerial and communication skills;
• Pragmatism, responsiveness, Team Spirit;
• Proficiency with Office, and ideally SAP tools.

• Insure that the manufacturing process steps are realized according to the manufacturing instructions for the finished product;
• Organize the online quality check on products and participate in the selection of suppliers;
• Supervise manufacturing processes in his area;
• Monitoring the manufacturing process by ensuring continuous activity with minimum consumption of energy resources;
• Control and assist operators of his area in order to guarantee optimal production and compliance with HSE requirements;
• Monitor the operation of the equipment;
• Establish procedures for the operations under its responsibility and ensure that the staff concerned are adequately trained and informed;
• Prepare a monthly statistical report for management (KPI's, figures, activities);
• Manage production for specific orders;
• Participate in production budget preparation;
• Participate in the development of new projects with the Production team;
• Brings maintenance and corrective needs to the maintenance process.
