    Requirements: 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role with solid labor law knowledge;
    • Good command of Microsoft Office;
    • Good command of English;
    • Communication and presentation skills;
    • Sociable and customer oriented;
    • Organizational skills, attention to details;
    • Proactive and initiative driven.

    You should prove a proactive and solution oriented attitude, as well as a mature and responsible approach to professional responsibilities. Succeeding in this role of HR Admin Specialist requires strong analytical and synthetic thinking, enhanced with attention to details and people skills.

    Responsabilitati

    As an HR Admin Specialist you will:
    • Process personnel management data received from the clients;
    • Prepare and manage employees’ hiring documents and files – contract preparation, annexes/addendums, orders etc.
    • Perform client employment operations in REVISAL;
    • Deliver various employee certificates upon request;
    • Preparing and delivering specific reports and any other analysis/report the clients’ request;
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts & maintain sensitive/confidential information.
    • Ensure proper handling of a variety of HR administrative duties within general guidelines
