Your future role

We are looking for a HR Controller who would be interested in joining our HR Department and experience a different professional cycle where we will shape together the future role.

In this role, you will

• Be responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasting at co • Provide support for each business line, collect information, analyze data and ensure alignment with business assumptions
• Prepare various reports and presentations related to budget, forecast and actual data: analyze actual vs plan, investigate and follow up on significant differences
• Prepare periodic HR reports and analysis to the management related to workforce trends, FTEs, personnel costs and other HR topics
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc business analyses to support HR business decisions
• Prepare reports on different components of the remuneration scheme and analysis about internal equity and external competitiveness
• Analyze market trends and propose solutions for the organization
• Continuously strive to automate processes in order to provide more accurate data in the most timely manner
