    For that, we’d love it if you had:

    • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis or reporting analysis;
    • Experience in the commercial / delivery or transportation field would be a plus;
    • Business acumen / capable to quickly learn and understand the business processes;
    • Time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results;
    • Strong analytical and reasoning ability with attention to accuracy;
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all stakeholders;
    • Quick learner, able to adapt productively to a new environment;
    • Proactive, inquisitive, and willing to challenge the Status Quo;
    • Passionate / interested in technical topics (e.g. Finance Applications, Cloud Technology, Automation, Big Data etc.) would be a plus;
    • Very good English skills (mandatory).


    You need to successfully:

    • Participate in the construction of the Sameday ABC Costing Project:
    • Gather, validate, and consolidate data from the Finance teams
    • Work with the DWH to allocate data
    • Check variances and ensure accurate BI reporting

    • Perform Finance transformation and automation activities:
    • Understand finance and operational files & reports (e.g. Daily Forecasting Excel Reports)
    • Improve & streamline Excel reports or create reusable Templates
    • Deconstruct Excel reports & files into step-by-step specifications for automation within DWH
    • Provide specifications to the BI team to create improved reports within Qlik

    • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, create financial models for decision support and recommend actions for optimization;
    • Create documentation, policies and procedures for newly implemented improvements and automations;
    • Work closely with the other Dept. (Operational, BI & DWH, Controlling, Accounting) in providing, collecting and ensuring accurate data;
    • Creation of ad-hoc related analysis;
    • Ensuring continuous process improvement and efficiency increase.
