Requirements
We’re looking for client-oriented candidates who are native or near-native English speakers (B2, C1 or C2 level) to join our Elite Customer Support team for our newest project!
Our client is the world’s largest American diversified company. It is one of the Fortune 500 companies, and among the largest of its kind on the list.
The company manufactures and markets renowned brands of home appliances, for kitchen and self care, but also garden care and pet care products.
Your role entails offering top customer experience and service for order, billing and payment processes
You’ll have exceptional knowledge of the brand and , quick thinking and top communication skills will be critical to your success.

This job is for you if you have:
Graduated High School or University
Native level/fluency in English or at least B2 both verbal and written.
Experience in BPO/call center environment-at least 6 months (All channels – voice, email, chat)
Positive attitude
Experience working with various IT Systems
Advanced level of MSOffice, Internet browser
Multitasking and comfortable using multiple platforms
Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written).
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
Job description
Solving cliеnt's rеquеsts via inbound & outbound calls, e-mails and outbound calls
Providing solutions rеgаrding order & dеlivеry, billing &payment, warranty issues
Ensuring аll communicаtion is hаndled professionаlly аnd promptly
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to еnsurе all customers queries are answered
Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service
Work schedule Monday-Sunday 10:00-19:00; with the possibility to include other shifts in the future
PLEASE NOTE : The first 6 weeks are at the office (near Piata Muncii), after which our jobs are a mix between work at the office and work at home, by rotation within the team
