    Requirements

    2+ years of professional experience
    Excellent Near Native English skills (both verbal, and oral communication skills)
    Self-directed with a proven track record of working with a high volume of specialized data, users, and content
    Highly organized and detail- and deadline-oriented
    Excellent copy editing, fact-checking, proofreading, and research skills
    Good data entry and account management/client support skills
    Interest or previous experience in performing arts or marketing

    Responsibilities

    Working through a ticket queue of incoming job posts, optimizing and editing the content for publication on the site
    Identifying items that need additional information or verification, and follow up with the job posters to collect the necessary details
    Shutting down scams and inappropriate content
    Reviewing user IDs, background checks, and other verification materials when flagged for possible issues, make decisions when possible, and assist the customers with completing or explaining their background materials when necessary
    Reviewing system-generated site-activity alerts related to client/job-poster activities (users creating changes to their previously approved listings, hitting messaging limits, etc.), and take additional actions when needed
    Assisting clients with any questions they have with using the marketplace’s job-posting and application-management tools
    Entering additional job details provided by employers and third parties into the system for publication
    Examining job database reports to identify previously approved jobs that may need additional attention, recategorization, or early expiration, to help maintain the freshness and relevance of the content
    Escalating potential problem cases to senior staff for additional guidance
    Supporting senior staff members in additional administrative and research tasks related to the jobs platform
