Automotive Architect

Job profile:
Attached to vehicle Architecture Department you mission is to manage the Packaging of any component or sub system by Managing the Overall synthesis and interfaces Between the different component and departments:

Create sustainable performance for the company by relying on the motivation of the teams, by implementing the clients Process:
- Align the actions of the team members on the company strategy (role of Leader)
- Develop the team members' performance and support them by giving them all the necessary responsibilities (Coach role) - Guide team members in driving the change and innovation necessary for the company's progress (role of scout)
- Project transversal animation.

Pilot or coordinate a team of architectures designers:
- by monitoring (project indicators)
- by dividing tasks according to skills
- by following the load of the designers
- by optimizing everyone's resources and tasks (productivity)
- by technically accompanying the designers
- alerting on hard points

Complementary mission:
Provide expertise and technical diagnosis:
- by being multi project technical support
- using the tools and means made available
- being a force of proposition
- by respecting the specifications and Professionals recommendations

Expected delivery:
Mechanics;
Supply the allocated volume and the architecture choice for the engine Bay;
Involved in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP --> PSW);
Notice for the allocation of parts in assembly plants;
Necessary information for DIV-DIM interfaces (component sheets, plugs) interfaces, water circuit, trade recommendations, etc.); contact sheets;
Vehicle; interface cards; the reference plan; the standard sections; the pronouncement of the Architecture Gel; stack Dimensions; the pronouncement of Top Series Milestone; the digital model.
