    Strong B2B marketing experience - track record of successful campaigns;
    Demonstrated ability to run, optimize & grow Google Ads campaigns on medium to large scales;
    Ability to analyze and interpret SEO and SEM indices;
    Innovative 360-degree integrated SMB marketing experience (digital and traditional) on client sides – preferably in the Telecom / IT / Technology sector;
    Brand management experience - ability to think critically about content in context of brand image, messaging, goals, and voice;
    Medium to advanced skills in graphic design platforms (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.);
    Ability to create landing page wireframes for lead generation purposes;
    Team player able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and successfully navigate interpersonal communication to create and maintain a positive team environment;
    Strong familiarity with key social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube;
    Strong familiarity with email marketing platforms (such as MailChimp);
    Advanced command of English language, both written and spoken;
    Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to identify and build collateral and promotion opportunities for new and existing partners;
    Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns for lead generation, implementing and optimizing strategies to drive new business, minding the budget and approved costs;
    Seek resources, collaborate with partners and third parties in order to implement campaign strategies and increase cross channel ROI;
    Use your knowledge of Google marketing products, customer acquisition techniques and up-to-date knowledge about market trends;
    Plan, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns with the scope of building awareness, generating new leads, and growing sales;
    Working on building customer acquisition funnels, high level of Google Analytics knowledge and the ability to use it to drive insights and optimize campaigns performance;
    Generates reports and performance analysis for the digital & performance marketing activities;
    Handle the overall consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and visual design of external materials including the master pitch presentation;
    Coordinate planning and execution of industry events; create branded content and materials along with activations and specific promotions for the proposed events;
    Perform post-event assessment as per established objectives;
    Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collaterals and support integrated marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to images, social content, email templates, webinars, video content, and web articles;
    Communicate promotions, news, service updates, and industry articles to our newsletter subscribers via a monthly company email.
