    Experience and qualities we are looking for:
    - Proven experience with Javascript, ES6+ (Typescript is a plus)
    - Very good knowledge of common Javascript patterns and testing frameworks
    - Excellent understanding of REST, WebSockets
    - Good understanding of ReactJS, Redux
    - Experience with HTML5, CSS (Styled Components is a plus)
    - Good knowledge of Application Security principles and practices
    - Good knowledge of Distributed Systems
    - Deliver beautiful and well tested code
    - Self Starter and ambitious
    - Collaborative
    - Play the long game


    In this role you will apply your knowledge and technical skills to solve exciting challenges from the Contact Center domain, in the broader context of High Scalability. A few examples:
    - Agent User Experience; intuitive, efficient, multi-tasking, collaboration friendly interface
    - Realtime/Mission Critical: live interaction with the Customer on multiple media type (telephony, chat - sms - whatsapp-social media)
    - High Concurrency: event driven design for handling Customer Interactions and Agent Roster (collaboration)
    - Resilience: graceful degradation and self-healing; mission critical flows must continue
    - Integrations: Standalone interface or integrated with popular CRM systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.)
