University degree in technical field
Good knowledge of electrical engineering, mechatronics and manufacturing technologies
Several years of industrial experience and quality.
Experience in project management are desirable
Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects
Communication skills and negotiating skills with good assertiveness
Moderation and presentation skills
High willingness to travel
Good English spoken and written
Good computer skills, MS Office (mainly Excel) and SAP

Joint responsibility for the selection of suppliers for the defined product group/ projects
Advising / supporting internal or external clients in defining / evaluating specific requirements/ processes
Participation and co-responsibility of project-related supplier APQP programs
Process and evaluation audits of suppliers and manufacturers according to VDA – Standard
Coordination of local and global problem-solving teams in the interdisciplinary solution to escalation issues
Implementation of strategic supplier development programs
Suport for all business units of selected programs for the development of a supplier
Communication with the responsible staff in other works in the areas of responsibility
