   This job is the one for you if you have:

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers;
• Previous proven minimum 23 years of working experience as a Scrum Master in the information technology sector;
• Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Coach of the scrum process, mentor the team as to what Scrum is and how to use it;
• Responsible for removing impediments (with or without help);
• Support team to deliver the sprint goals, to focus on tasks and empowers changes to increase the productivity of the team;
• Be the interface between Product owner and team and help him find techniques for effective product backlog management;
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
