Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

Our associates give great innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology.

Your contribution to something big:

• Responsible for coordinating the activities within the measurement laboratory
• Manages measurement reports database
• Coordinates the error analysis activity by performing necessary measurements and preparing reports based on the results
• Collaborates with other Bosch locations and external service providers, in order to ensure the performance of calibrations that cannot be performed on site, including parts delivery
• Creates the necessary documentation (procedures, work instructions, test reports) for the good development of the laboratory activity
• Ensures the maintenance of the laboratory equipment
• Has interface role with suppliers, places the orders in the system, plans the maintenance activity in accordance with specific requirements of each equipment, presents relevant information whenever needed
• Is involved in projects related to own area of responsibility (establishes the necessary human and material resources and ensures necessary activities within the project)
• Actively participates in establishing measures for reaching cost efficiency targets in own area of activity
