    Cerinte

    • Bachelor's degree or above
    • 3 years of relevant experience
    • Very good knowledge of customer support principles and processes
    • Good people management skills
    • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus
    • Result oriented
    • With a keen eye for details and analytical mind
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision

    Responsabilitati

    • People management: team coordination, team meetings, ongoing feedback, training coordination
    • Operational management: work balancing, first point of contact, new processes / tools implementation and development
    • Contribute to the planning, coordination, evaluation and reporting of specific department projects or activities
    • Follow the activity of the staff daily, make sure that direct subordinates meet all their objectives and respect the established quality standards
    • Evaluate and report on the achievement of objectives and on the results of the team, take measures to eliminate deviations from established standards that could have a negative impact
    • Act as the first instance of reporting in the hierarchy of the department and solve problems reported by subordinates, according to the company's policy, in order to prevent their recurrence
    • Contribute to the improvement of existing processes taking into account the perspective of external customers
    • Actively participate in interdepartmental meetings and supports the point of view of the department and the achievement of internal objectives
