Bachelor degree in Economics, Logistics, Quality
Recent graduate with experience in a similar role or international environment
Advanced excel knowledge, manipulation of large amount of data, able work with macros,
Fluent in English, other languages will be beneficial
Strong organizational skills attention to details

We have an opportunity for a Junior Procurement Administrator role opened in our Performance Material & Technologies (PMT) department from Bucharest hub.
Administrative support Product Stewardship activities related to suppliers
Extracting suppliers’ information from SAP and other Honeywell systems
Perform data analysis in Excel and maintain results in excel tracking sheet(s)
Manage mass email suppliers’ campaigns for all sites / product lines globally
Keep communication with suppliers / answer arising questions via email and direct call
Report out progress on Product Stewardship /site reviews meetings
Record results in dedicated teamroom(s) and systems [CIS]
Support development of IT tools dedicated to Product Stewardship
Support submission regulatory data (training will be provided on REACH, RoHS, TSCA regulations).
