    Responsabilitati

    Desfasurarea activitatilor de receptie si secretariat (inclusiv tehnoredactare, rapoarte, corespondenta);
    Intampinarea vizitatorilor si asigurarea protocolului;
    Preluarea apelurilor telefonice si transmiterea mesajelor, oferirea de informatii solicitantilor;
    Elaborarea si redactarea corespondentei, pastrarea evidentei documentelor si a arhivei;
    Administrarea corespondentei emise si primite;
    Efectuarea de deplasari pentru depunerea sau ridicarea diverselor documente, autorizatii, documente bancare, etc;
    Efectuarea comenzilor de papetarie;
    Oferirea suportului in vederea efectuarii comenzilor de consumabile si de echipamente pentru personalul companiei; Organizarea deplasarilor;
    Intocmirea si actualizarea bazei de date, rapoarte si prezentari;
    Mentinerea relatiei cu colegii din teren si asigurarea de echipamente pentru ei.
