· Fluent in English and another combination languages.
· Previous experience as Customer Care.
· Interest to learn IT technologies and develop new skills.
· Excellent communication skills

· Customer support 5 days per week.
· Connection mainly via email and use the ticket tools.
· Remote troubleshooting.
· Sometimes provide call support.
