o University degree, ideally graphic design;
o At least 2 years experience in a similar role;
o Complex knowledge of Mac / PC operation (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Adobe package, QuarkXPress, Cinema 4D;
o Strong communication skills, planning, creative;
o Team player, flexibility, adaptability;
o Skills in the field of printing / graphic design, digital and print, with creative orientation, developed aesthetic and technical sense;
o Experience in printing / advertising / publishing / digital production;
o Knowledge of the grammar of the Romanian language;
o Attention to detail and ability to organize tasks;
o Communication and presentation skills (written and spoken);
o Flexible attitude dedicated to teamwork;
o Efficiency and ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
o Advanced English (writing, reading, speaking).

o Taking over, verifying, processing and implementing the graphic materials for the ATL, BTL and NPD actions of the NPD (New Product Development);
o Checking and adapting materials (Appropriate format, missing texts, poor quality images that cannot be printed, etc.);
o Checking and preparing files for print / digital environment;
o Image processing;
o Vectorization, optimization of vector files;
o Making / adapting product labels according to the requirements of the company / markets according to the legislation;
o Preparing specific files for printing (brochures, labels, packaging, banners, etc.);
o Realization / adaptation of corporate / Social Media / print and digital presentation and communication materials;
o Identifying, creating and making models or other promotional materials necessary for the development of promotional campaigns;
o Achieving the level of concept (idea) for: body copy, slogans, headlines, direct mail pieces, taglines, jingle, press releases or any other written materials incorporated in the advertising achievements / creations of promotional campaigns;
o Offering technical (specialized) support regarding the design of the models of the products to be promoted and the technical options - to the head of department and to the other employees involved;
o Providing consulting to the head of department and colleagues on design;
o Providing presentations and demonstration products (samples) for the project team of promotional campaigns;
o Collaboration with the providers of Media Services regarding the aspects related to the technical characteristics of the models;
o Maintaining a continuous communication with all the company's departments in connection with the creation / design activity;
o Development of artwork for ATL and BTL actions required to support marketing campaigns;
o Permanent reporting to the company's management the results obtained and / or the status of the assigned projects / works.
