    The Global Social Media Manager plays a meaningful role in developing strong capabilities in media placement for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as part of the monthly media plans submitted by each one of the top countries for the plant technician recruitment. As part of the media in-house organization, s/he will help to centralize the targeting, creatives management and actual placement of each one of the initiatives performed at global level. At the same time this role will support the Employment Branding team by managing the branding toolkit and the career page. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Lead the partnership with the Global Employer Branding leader to manage creatives needed for each of the submitted media plans
    • Support on the media collection for social campaigns
    • Manage any quick fix needed before head into placement
    • Consolidate media plans to drive efficiency
    • Manage media placement for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and offline media sources
    • Support Analytics for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
    • Manage Global Media Budget
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferable in Marketing or a similar degree
    • Analytics skills to analyze and improve media campaign setup
    • Effective communication skills
    • Strong leadership with ability to engage different stakeholders
    • Excellent collaboration skills
    • Passion for Brand Building and interest in Talent Acquisition with willingness to build expertise
    • Some experience in using and activating social media and job boards would be a plus
    • Project management skills would be advantageous
    • Excellent command of English
