Excellent communication skills, talking and listening;
Negotiation skills: a good sales ability, with a clear understanding of how to close a sale over the telephone;
A positive approach, self-motivated with a desire to succeed and achive target;
Organized and Results oriented;
Good interpersonal skills;
Very good italian skills;
Good working knowledge of computer;
Experience in telesales can be a plus.
Initiate Outbound calling, business to business: you will be responsible for calling potention new clients and promote the client’s services/products;
Identify the needs of the client, understand his requirements and offer him products/services adapted to his needs;
Contact and inform correctly the new client regarding promoted products;
Achievement of acquisition sales targets and KPI;
Log details about calls and deals in the CRM system.
