QA Automation Engineer, Timisoara

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Strong knowledge of Software Testing processes (ISTQB Certification in a plus)
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle;
- 3 - 5 years of experience with web fundamentals like HTML, CSS, XML;
- 1 - 3 years of experience with Selenium;
- 1 - 3 years of experience with Test Automation, preferably using Selenium and Java.

- Review and analyze system specifications
- Identify, create, and execute test scenarios for web applications;
- Perform functional, security, performance, and cross browser compliance testing;
- Report, manage, and track application bugs;
- Write manual and automated test cases for different scenarios in the development of the software
application;
- Created automated test scripts in Java using Selenium;
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and client services teams;
- Maintain responsibility for continued development of our existing test automation framework;
- Maintain responsibility for Stress, Performance, and Security Testing on our web based products;
- Collaborate closely with the development, client services, and product management teams;
- Occasional evening and week end work from home shifts.
