o Minimum five years of experience using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or others
o Experience with implementation of web analytics software and analytics tagging is required.
o Experience in data mining and complex data analysis is required.
o Strong proficiency working with large data sets and tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI
o Strong background with databases and database architecture;
o Strong background in MS Excel, Macros
o Strong background Visual Basic and Macro creation;
o Strong background MS SQL Server and/or MySQL;
o Demonstrable ability to independently find solutions and derive success from trial and error
o Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment with discussions occurring via telephone and desktop sharing
o Ability to manage and organize your time, be detail oriented and deliver consistently on schedule
o Good understanding of user requirements and functional specifications
o Fluency in English is a must, a second language is a plus
Become the subject matter expert for our team of different sources of data available, data base, SharePoint, unstructured files, extracts, etc. that can be leveraged to achieve our goals.
Develop Global business analytics that:
• Improve insight into the operational metrics (Dashboards) and allow for central or country follow-through
• Improve visibility into business metrics i.e. site traffic, behavior, etc. (Dashboards and Campaign reports) to support business needs of marketing and channel sales stakeholders
• Improve our understanding of the relationship between Portal visits and email communication
• Support team leads (Publishing, email, Structure) in implementing new features within the framework of their tools
• Provide partner specific information on the Partner Portal (work with team leads and other Sales Operations organizations to create new procedures that provide greater personalized data to the Partner Portal)
o Ensure all documentation is up to date and readily accessible
o Manage the entire information infrastructure (SharePoint) of the Partner Communications team and develop solutions that will help non-technical users to better leverage SharePoint capabilities.
o Creates and develops the Global reporting database structure;
o Participate in architectural and model decisions during the design and build phases of new projects;
o Develop and maintain new standardized reporting on a routine basis, i.e., define, create, automate, and maintain operational cyclical reporting, using advanced and specific reporting tools (e.g.: MSSQL Server Reporting Services but others are preferable as well);
o Provides technical assistance to users in using the specific created application;
o Study IT technologies and new programming languages to be able to come up with the best solutions for reporting needs;
o Uses programing languages for a Business Intelligence / Reporting purpose, such as client / server applications, development processes
