    Responsabilitati


    • Urmaresti si rezolvi cazurile de natura comerciala (preia apelurile de la clienti care solicita informatii comerciale: informatii asupra contului clientului, facturi , plati, servicii, oferte noi etc.)
    • Interactionezi cu clienti pentru diferite solicitari tehnice
    • Identifici nevoile clientilor si oferi solutii
    • Te asiguri ca solutiile oferite si agreate cu clientul sunt procesate in contul acestuia​
