Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
— 8+ years’ experience in delivery/configuration with Oracle E-Business Suite having at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle eBusiness Suite;
— Implementation, configuration and support experience in Oracle Financials and/or Order to Cash;
— Knowledge and experience in Oracle EBS Integration with third party systems;
— Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle EBS R12.1.x architecture and underlying table structures;
— Strong communication skills for working directly with business/project partners;
— Ability to elicit, gather requirements, document requirements, and analyze user needs;
— Strong Oracle functional expertise, with the ability to conduct in depth testing and analysis within the broader Oracle environment;
— Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 Financials / Order to Cash modules and processes;
— Should understand business requirements and design technical deliverables;
— Good SQL knowledge;
— Experience in data conversion, data migration, interfaces in various Oracle EBS modules;
— Ability to strategically discuss options to enhance current setup to better approach and/or automate day to day operations.
— Lead meetings and follow through on meeting commitments and action items;
— Knowledge and experience in Oracle EBS Integration with third party systems;
— Work with business customers, developers and Oracle Support to research, document and resolve Oracle system issues;
— Develop and update user documentation as necessary;
— Create SQL queries against Oracle tables to troubleshoot, develop metrics, and create ad-hoc reporting as needed;
— Support testing, certification, and promotion of patches, enhancements or configuration changes;
— Maintaining exposure to a wide variety of technology solutions and use that to drive the adoption of best practices;
— Analyzing Global Finance/Order to Cash processes, identifying automation opportunities, and reengineering processes to improve automation potential;
— Work both independently and as a member of a larger team of individuals with varying degrees of skill sets;
— Work with internal IT team and Oracle Support for issue resolution;
— Other duties as assigned.
