    We are looking for a Financial Auditor for our partner - an international advisory group, to join their team in Bucharest Office. The company provides a wide range of advisory services to a variety of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to mid-size international players just entering the CEE region.

    As an Auditor, you can expect to be involved in interesting and challenging projects. That means that you must act with high autonomy, providing a true and fair view of the company’s financial state, bringing confidence and trust in the numbers for our clients.


    Bachelor’s or higher degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields
    2 + years experience in the filed of audit/ accounting/finance in a Big4 company-must
    Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    Ability to work independently, to plan and prioritize the tasks
    An organized person, highly detail-oriented
    Ability to produce quality work and deal with tight deadlines
    Ability to work in a collaborative manner with all levels of employees, management, and external partners to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
    Confidentiality, integrity & trust
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    Advanced English communication skills
    Nice to have: advanced German communication skills


    What you will do in this role:

    Providing audit services to a variety of clients from various fields
    Organize in detail the audit mission respecting the company’s standards
    Perform financial audit as planned, create and maintain audit reports;
    Examine the financial statements, reports or interact with employees of client companies for gathering essential data and information
    Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of activity to be audited, summarize findings, identify possible risks and find ways to mitigate them
    Generate conclusions, draw up audit reports and deliver them to the client and other parts
    Act as a role model and mentor for less experienced members of the team
    Identify potential clients ‘needs as a base for additional services to be delivered in the future
