    Cerinte

    3+ years of experience in system support
    Good general knowledge of infrastructure, network, and database management systems
    Used to work in international environment
    Good communication skills and very capable of building & keeping good working relation with
    end users, understanding their needs, and finding solutions supporting their requirements.
    The position requires an open minded, highly analytical, independent, and well-structured
    person.
    Have good interpersonal skills and be able to get along with co-workers.
    Must have a good resistance to stress and to know how to manage priorities.Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English
    Self-learning
    Skills:
    Business process understanding (Business Process analysis and issue identification)
    Basic knowledge of SQL (SQL Server & Oracle)
    Windows Server knowledge
    Familiar with a large network server infrastructure
    Ability to connect to with SQL tools and RDP

    Responsabilitati

    First line support for users
    Monitoring and resolution of Service Now tickets
    Monitoring MW error notifications in Emails
    Monitoring MW Failed Transactions & Transactions web portal
    Root cause analysis
    Resubmission of interfaces
    Contribution to improvements
    Maintain knowledge articles of support fixes
    Fixes for recurring errors
