    Requirements

    A bit about you:

    o University graduate (Computer Science, Cybernetics or similar);
    o Advanced English level;
    o Problem solving – can decompose a problem into measures that, if completed, solves the problem;
    o Good analytical and decision-making skills;
    o Finance background would be a plus;
    o Good knowledge of Excel/Access, including VBA programming (to manage / develop custom reports);
    o Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft), Oracle Hyperion – preferable;
    o Good database and SQL knowledge;
    o Experience with Big Data solutions: Spark, Hadoop, Pig, Hive or other frameworks - preferable
    o Understanding of HTTP, TCP and other web-related protocols is a plus;
    o B Category driving license;

    Responsibilities

    What does success look like in your new role:

    o Bringing your contribution to the Digital Transformation of 3 European Mercedes-Benz Markets via various digital touchpoints integrated with OneCRM (Salesforce.com); As Data Analyst you reach out for the next level of customer satisfaction, profitability, innovation, process excellence, and employee performance. In your day-to-day business, you will work on several European and regional cross-functional projects. You guarantee that all the daily business keeps running by providing clear analytical solutions to our key issues, additionally you always think of a new and innovative way of shaping Data processes;
    o Conducts all sorts of different data analysis, which is not related to machine learning or other advanced analytics techniques;
    o Interface with IT/CRM architects, developers, and data customer management reps. to design and document data structures that support digital transformation;
    o Gather and analyze data, identify trends relating to business performance, customer intelligence and make recommendations for improvements based on this analysis;
    o Work with various business units to manage the development of customer segmentation dashboards, modelling and predictive analytics using core operational systems, non-system segment insights, campaign feedback and where required third party data;
    o Work with key stakeholders to determine analytical requirements and design solutions;
    o Identify actionable insights that influence the direction of the business towards its overall strategic objectives based on data and facts;
    o Work closely with key stakeholders across the business including Sales, Customer Services, Marketing, Finance and Product & Pricing in order to determine Business Intelligence requirements and design solutions;
    o Develop business metrics, reporting dashboards, with built in alert thresholds that support self-serve reporting for various business units;
    o Respond rapidly to business needs by providing ad-hoc analysis, support and recommendations;
    o Develop / program and / or contribute to customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions/needs;
    o Support the visualization of sales funnel and forecasting through dashboards, campaign reporting and demand gen flows through the business;
