SENIOR MCAL ENGINEER, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Requirements:

- AUTOSAR MCAL Software Development experience;
- AUTOSAR 4.3 or higher expertise;
- i.MX architecture exposure would be nice to have;
- Development of platform software architecture;
- Experience in estimation, requirements management, architecture specification etc.;
- Graphics peripherals experience is nice to have;
- Expertise in automotive embedded SW architecture and development;
- Experience with C language programming;
- Knowledge of operating systems and related communication concepts (Linux, RTOS, AUTOSAR);
- BSP and Linux driver development is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Interact with customer and design the solution;
- Design, architecture and prototyping;
- Responsibility on design specifications, and any customization;
- Very Hi-Tech work, with latest chipset and technology on the next model of releases of customers;
- You will mostly work on Customized platform to be delivered to each customer;
- Will work with various Configuration tools and licenses;
- Handle responsibilities along the project lifecycle –from high-level software architecture and concept design, development, system integration and customer support;
- Alignment with overall system architecture and customer requirements;
