    • English and German advanced;
    • MS OFFICE;
    • SAP-MM is an advantage;
    • High level of customer and service orientation (IBPs, Suppliers etc)

    Job Description

    • Support in e-procurement catalog service for businesses of Robert Bosch Group;
    • Interface between (central) Purchasng, Supplier and Catalog Platform Providers;
    • Monitoring the delivery ( on time) of the catalog data;
    • Implementation of the price check based on the requirements of the Central Purchasing;
    • Ensuring the catalog quality;
    • Answer questions and solves situations of end users in the Second Level Support;
    • Email processing;
    • Invoice verification;
    • Purchase order monitoring;
    • Index calculation on the basis of price comparisons;
    • Reporting.
