    Responsabilitati

    • Administreaza baza de date referitoare la clienti si facturi conform instructiunilor de operare.
    • Contribuie la mentinerea si imbunatatirea relatiei cu clientii existenti;
    • Realizeaza vizite la sediul clientului si obtine feedback-ul scris al acestora referitor la calitatea serviciilor prestate
    • Asculta cu atentie clientul pentru a determina nevoile si asteptarile acestuia ;
    • Analizeaza evolutia si potentialul clientilor;
    • Asigura cai de comunicare cu clientul, clarifica problemele aparute;
    • Raspunde rapid la solicitarile primite de la clienti ;
    • Informeaza clientii despre modificarile de pret precum si despre orice modificare logistica in desfasurarea serviciilor contractate;
    • Analizeaza sitatia clientului si vinde cantitati si servicii suplimentare
    • Completeaza corect si la timp rapoartele specifice
    • Sesizeaza sefului direct deficientele constatate in activitatea desfasurata, propunand masuri de imbunatatire;
