    Requirements

    Previous experience on a similar role (minimum 2 years)
    Experience with Windows XP – 1
    Strong knowledge of Exchange/Office 365
    Knowledge of Wotan/ServiceNow
    ITIL basics
    AirWatch & Intune

    Responsibilities

    Office 365 & Exchange hybrid – support
    Alarm monitoring (Wotan)
    Windows system administration
    Enterprise Mobility Management (VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune)
    Troubleshooting on clients, Windows or Mac with Outlook
    Global printing support including driver installation and troubleshooting on Windows and Mac clients
    Operations of Email & Web Security, Operations of Anti-Spam, Message Tracking (Solution – Cisco IronPort)
    Operations of Endpoint Security Platform (enSilo)
    File-hosting service administration (OneDrive, NetApp)
