• Mаnagеs team and covеrs all administrative and management duties according to the job description
• Promoting, implementing and observing company procedures - quality, security, etc.
• Providing support to the team and, at the same time, to each agent, providing accurate information about the product and/or the service it promotes
• Contributing to motivating agents, primarily by encouraging them and recognizing their achievements
• Real-time management - presence among agents to help and support them in real-time.
