    Alior Bank S.A.Varsovia - Sucursala Bucuresti este parte a Alior Bank S.A., o banca de top din Polonia care asigura servicii pentru circa 4 milioane de clienti, atat persoane fizice, cat si persoane juridice.     Desired Skills & Experience

    Previous experience in similar position in banking sector will be a plus (min 2 years)
    Good level of English ; University degree
    Analytical skills are required to identify business needs and to transpose it into detailed business requirements document
    Technical skills like Java, Oracle, MS SQL, Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, .net, C#, - will be a plus
    Good communication skills and teamwork is required to cooperate with counterparts from Head office and internal clients from various areas: Product managers, Business lines or Backoffice
    Focus on collaboration and customer service.



    ​Wе sеаrch for а cаndidatе with а combined profile, acting as 2nd line support for several IT systems or applications (Mobile banking, Internet banking) and business analyst actively involved to improve or implement features, software solutions or new products/applications
    Able to identify business needs and to transpose it into technical solution
    Creating a detailed business analysis in order to deliver improved business performance/process and effectiveness
    Working closely with development and product teams, counterparts from Head Office, clearly communicates with all stakeholders during project implementing and post implementing
    Collaborate and provide business analysis support to product owner, business sponsors and testers during development
    Participate to testing and releases, keep updated documentation for software solutions/new functionalities, internal procedures
    Provide users support, assist with troubleshooting, configuration and escalate problems if needed
    Perform user administration duties, testing new technology
    Develop technical training materials and conduct training sessions for end users, on product basic technical features/functionalitiesHandling tickets created to address all issues within agreed SLA and provides appropriate solutions
