Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager is accountable for the delivery of all optimized end-to-end processes across the Company as they transition to third party providers. As a result, the SDM interfaces with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers as required, in order to meet service levels and KPIs as agreed with the business. They are actively involved in the monitoring and management of Service Levels and other performance metrics as well as being an escalation point for countries in the case of non-performance. Perfect Candidate: • University degree with 10 years of international experience in relevant field
• Proven track record of service delivery management across Global organization
• An excellent end to end knowledge and understanding of key business processes
• Strong analytical skills and process improvement skills
• Previous experience of managing large complex services with an external supplier
• Stakeholder and relationship management
• Self-starter, resourceful, resilient
• Effective leader, able to motivate and engage people with formal authority
• Proven success in a cross-cultural working environment
