    • Customer oriented;

    • Excellent problem solving skills with attention to details;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Nice to have prior Contact Center/ Customer care experience

    Responsabilitati

    • Provide language customer support & transaction processing for the client;
    • Meet KPIs (AHT, quality, CSAT)
    • Gain and maintain an accurate and up to date knowledge of the industry;
    • Follow processes and policies;
    • Follow documentation standards;
    • Ability to work rotating shifts to cover the departments operating hours.
