    What do I need, to qualify for this job?
    • Good knowledge of commercial and project controlling topics;
    • 2-4 years work experience in similar capacity, preferable in IT Industry
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, main focus on Excel
    • Experience in SAP financial System
    • Language skills: excellent English skills, written and verbal
    • German language written and verbal represents an advantage
    • Experience in a multinational company represents an advantage

    Commercial Assistant and Project Administrator for Siemens IoT Romania - 180146

    DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Located in Brasov, full time

    Responsibilities:
    • Structured follow-up of projects in specific project controlling tools
    • Obtaining and archiving of purchase orders for projects
    • Invoicing according to project milestones
    • Preparation of project status reports
    • Check project documentation
    • Support delegation process from commercial point of view in specific tools, monitor potential risks which could occur from delegation topics on projects
    • Ensure ECC (Export Control & Customs) data is complete for projects in responsibility
    • Controlling of Key Figures (expected/actual costs; expected/actual cost charging) and deviation analysis
    • Strong and proactive communication with technical & business administration department heads, technical staff, project management, procurement and customer on commercial issues
    • Prepare and present project commercial data for financial audit purposes
    • Administration of divisions staff in time management allocation tool (create/change employee data, assure timely accounting on projects, administration of overtime hours allocated in time management tool etc)
    • Fixed assets management (ensure divisions assets are booked on correct cost centers, provide overview of fixed assets in specific inquires, support yearly inventory process)
    • Review commercial clauses in contracts with customers and suppliers
    • Check correctness of invoice bookings from suppliers and provide information in case of inquiries regarding invoices (payment terms and status etc)
