Minim 1 year experience in real estate sales and renting;
Bachelor’s degree;
RE Classes;
Understanding of legal aspects of a real estate transaction (real estate properties documentation and sales or rental contracts);
Excellent communication skills;
Attention to detail;
Customer focus.

Managing customer portfolio;
Selection and promotion of best opportunities on the market, within the allocated segment, in order to trade;
Creating and maintaining professional relationships with customers and monitoring their requests;
Market prospecting to attract new customers;
Take prospective buyers or renters to see properties;
Present sales or rental offers for consideration;
Mediate negotiations between the buyer and the seller;
Specific marketing activities;
Achieving annual personal target;
Cooperate with appraisers, bailiff, insolvency administrator, public notary;
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
