Back Office Agent with German (Sibiu)

You will be responsible of:

- Responding efficiently and effectively to all customers’ inquiries within given timescales;
- Developing and maintaining a full technical knowledge of the client’s products and services;
- Dealing with all correspondence as requested/required;
- Maintaining and updating all job-related administrative forms;
- You will have to be able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.
