    Cerinte

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics;
    • Previous management expertise- at least 3 years in a dynamic environment, in Finance/Banking/Insurance/Capital Markets industry;
    • Risk Assessment and Management certification issued by NBR (National Bank of Romania);
    • A very good understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of financial services;
    • Expert in analysis, synthesis and planning;
    • Very good knowledge of the structure of the financial services industry;
    • English at an advanced level (B2+/C1);
    • International exposure is desirable.

    Responsabilitati

    • Coordinating the activity of identifying, measuring, evaluation, administration, monitoring and control for the bank’s risks and processes;
    • Developing operational risk policies and standards for risk management;
    • Implementing and maintaining processes and techniques for risk assessment and limitation of risk exposures;
    • Implementing strategic plan to prevent, eliminate and mitigate operational risks;
    • Collecting and analysing the internal and external data necessary for risk analyses;
    • Investigating root causes of operational risks and providing support to mitigate risk;
    • Managing risks, collecting and evaluating quantitative and qualitative risk data by adopting appropriate risk assessment methodologies and tools;
    • Providing reports regarding the significant risks, in order to establish the risk tolerance/appetite of the company;
    • Keeping abreast of latest operational risk management techniques and industry best practices;
    • Periodically reviewing risk management policies and procedures;
    • Following legislation and provisions in the field of financial and capital markets, as well as any relevant legislation;
    • Developing strong relationship with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing issues/concerns in timely manner.
